In her portraits Ophelia is always looking for the core of a human being, trying to feel into the different layers and aspects and express them. Her way of painting is also literally in layers, the portraits consist of thin layers of oil paint, which allows for a quite transparent quality, for something beyond time.
It is also possible to have a portrait painted of someone who is deceased.
Prices vary, depending on size etc., and range roughly between 2000 and 3500 Euro.
